A Quiet Invitation This March 🌿

March is a quiet invitation to notice.

The world is still hushed from winter, yet light begins to stretch its fingers a little further each evening. Your body, once curled in on itself, senses the subtle change.

Lensomy is the practice of paying attention with ease — of letting your gaze and your awareness soften. It is not about effort or striving, but about allowing yourself to register the minute shifts in light, breath, and posture. Read On.

Try this.

Look out of the nearest window. Notice one thing that is moving — a branch in the wind, a bird crossing the sky, a passing cloud. Let your eyes rest there for a few moments.

Feel how your breath responds.

Notice how your body loosens, simply through observing.

This is Lensomy.

A soft focus that gently awakens you to March — and to yourself.

And now, try this.

Unclench your teeth.

Let your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.

Place one hand on your lower belly.

Inhale slowly through your nose.

Feel the belly expand into your hand.

Exhale a little longer than you inhaled.

Do that three times.

That warmth you feel.

That slight softening.

That’s your system waking up.

This month, I’m offering a Spring Forward Reset to support this gentle unfolding. And if you feel called to go deeper, my online 7-day seasonal journey programme is now open — a guided space to realign your energy, habits, and daily rhythms with the season.
