In this space, we study the shifting rhythms of Mother Earth to better understand the shifting landscapes within ourselves. Nature is our ultimate mirror, but because our global sisterhood spans across both hemispheres, we are always dancing with two different energies at once.

When we learn to flow with the seasons, we stop fighting our natural energy levels and start living in absolute harmony.

To keep us all connected, I will often share what is happening on my own home turf in the beautiful Dorset countryside, using it as a live example of how to balance our energy. But we always hold space for the full global picture:

• ☀️ Northern Hemisphere (Current Energy: High Summer): For those of us experiencing the peak of summer, our focus is on staying cool, hydrated, and grounded. It’s a time of expansion, outward joy, and expression.

• ❄️ Southern Hemisphere (Current Energy: Deep Winter): For our beautiful sisters stepping into the winter months, the medicine right now is rest, warmth, nourishment, and reflection. It is a time for turning inward and replenishing your roots.

No matter which side of the equator you are on, the rule of thumb remains the same: we look at what nature is doing outside, and we bring balance to our bodies inside.
